Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee may apply to opened electrical products or special-order items.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Electrical wire and cable that has been cut or measured
  • Custom-ordered or special-order products
  • Installed products or items that show signs of installation
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Clearance or final sale items

Service Guarantee

Workmanship Warranty: All electrical installation and repair services are backed by a 90-day workmanship warranty.

Service Satisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 7 days, and we will work to resolve any issues at no additional charge.

Parts Warranty: Parts used in our services carry manufacturer warranties, which vary by product. We will honor all manufacturer warranties.

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

  5. 5Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.

Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately. We will replace the defective item at no charge or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Reporting Defects: Defective products must be reported within 7 days of receipt. Please include photos of the defect when contacting us.

Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after processing.
